Photography/Creative Direction

Posted on

I've always loved Photography and first decided to pursue it as an extracurricular before taking on the subject at school.

When we had to specialise in a chosen area of Photography in school, I was immediately drawn to Fashion due to the Fashion media I'd engaged in (YouTube, fashion blogs/magazines etc). During these fashion photo-shoots, I was involved in every aspect of the creative process - from the overall concept, to the styling, the location and the selection of a model! I realised that as well as fulfilling the role of photographer, I was also a creative director in my own right!

Now at university, I've continued this passion by starting SUBCULTURED Magazine - a fashion, art, music and student culture publication, founded by myself, based at Surrey University.
